i) the total mass in kg

ii) the average mass of the 4 nuggets.

Solution:

i)

The total mass = 0.175 + 0.369 + 0.836 + 2.593

= 3.973 kg

The average mass= 0.175 + 0.369 + 0.836 + 2.5934=3.9734=0.99325 kg

ii) average mass of 4 nuggets is 0.99325 kg.
